return it to us, complete, within 30 days from the date of purchase
and we will refund the purchase price, no questions asked. See refund

Batts Racing within
30 days of purchase for all returns for refund. Return Authorization
Number is required for all returns for refund.
All returns for refund must be shipped to Batts Racing, freight
prepaid with a copy of the original invoice and return authorization.
Returns for refund may be subject to 10% restocking charge. Any
refund due will be issued after return has been received. No refunds
on items that have been damaged or modified.

for all returns for exchange, repair or replacement.
All returns for exchange, repair or replacement must be shipped
to Batts Racing, freight prepaid with a copy of the original invoice
and return authorization. Exchange, repair or replacement will be
made at the discretion of Batts Racing and shipped freight prepaid.
No
exchange, repair or replacement on parts that have been damaged
or modified.
